# Flexible layout

Paradime IDE is composed of modular widgets with draggable dock layouts. You can drag widgets from any area of the application window to any other area. For example you can drag the Git Panel to widget on the right-side of the screen instead of having it on the left.

### Reset widget position <a href="#reset-widget-position" id="reset-widget-position"></a>

To reset the widget to the original position you have a few options:

* Drag the widget back to the default position
* Close the widget using the `x` in the widget tab
* Use the keyboard shortcuts below
