# Errors

You may encounter a variety of errors when you interact with the Paradime platform. They can reflect issues that happen with external providers such as integrations or internal problems at the level of your Paradime instance or your usage of platform features.

### **Handling errors**

You will find a list of errors below, categorized based on how you will encounter them. For each of the errors, you can find details on how they occur and how to resolve them.

Here are some tips for handling these errors:

* On the Paradime platform, or emails, follow the link, if available, in the description of the error. If not, search for the error in the search bar using ⌘ + K

If you come across an error without any info on how to resolve, please reach out to us using the in-app chat, Slack or emailing <support@paradime.io>.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.paradime.io/app-help/get-help/errors.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
