# DinoAI agents open GitLab merge requests as you

> On GitLab, DinoAI agents push only their own branch and open merge requests as the person who started the session, with that person as co-author of the commits.

*November 4, 2026*

![A GitLab merge request where the paradime bot posted a high-severity finding with a suggested change on stg\_customers.sql, and a DinoAI review summary with 1 finding](https://mintcdn.com/paradime-docs/8Ap_apA6iXxCRLlY/images/dinoai-code-review-gitlab-merge-request.jpg?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=8Ap_apA6iXxCRLlY\&q=85\&s=c671c8f0a8ec5165f6241e998d14417d)

DinoAI agents now work with GitLab through the [GitLab connection](https://docs.paradime.io/changelog/2026-11-04/gitlab-integration.md).

* **Their own branch only.** An agent pushes only to its own `paradime/<session id>` branch.
* **Merge requests as you.** When an agent opens a merge request, the person who started the session is the author, and the agent's commits name that person as a co-author. The agent never sees the person's token.

See [DinoAI agents on GitLab](https://docs.paradime.io/integrations/gitlab/connect-a-repository.md#dinoai-agents-on-gitlab).

Shipped in Paradime v6.24.0.
