# Looker

> How Looker Explores, Looks, and Dashboards appear in the Paradime Data Catalog, with fields, metrics, and lineage back to your dbt™ models.

Once connected, Paradime indexes your Looker **Explores**, **Looks**, and **Dashboards** from your Looker repository and API. Each opens into the standard [asset detail view](/products/data-catalog/asset-details/index):

* **Overview**: the description, model, and tags from Looker.
* **Fields**: the dimensions and measures the asset exposes, each with its data type, description, and the underlying LookML where available.
* **Metrics**: metric definitions the asset exposes.
* **Lineage**: the dbt™ sources and models upstream of the asset, so you can trace a dashboard back to the models it's built on. See [Lineage](/products/data-catalog/lineage/index).
