# Metabase assets

> View Metabase collections, dashboards, cards, models, and tables in the Paradime catalog and lineage, linked to your dbt™ models.

## Collections

In the Paradime catalog you can find Metabase collections with metadata directly from your Metabase API. A collection organizes dashboards, questions, and models in Metabase.

## Dashboards

A Metabase dashboard groups cards together. In the catalog you can trace a dashboard back to the dbt™ models upstream of the cards it contains.

## Cards

A Metabase card is a saved question (a query and its visualization). In the catalog you can trace a card back to the warehouse tables and dbt™ models behind it.

## Models

A Metabase model is a curated, reusable dataset built on your data. In the catalog you can see its lineage to your dbt™ models.

## Tables

Tables are the warehouse tables exposed in Metabase, linked in the catalog to the dbt™ models that produce them.
