Create a schedule

Bolt schedules run your dbt™ jobs in production. This guide creates a standard schedule in the Bolt UI and covers the fields you configure.

Prerequisites

Access to Bolt in your Paradime workspace.
A scheduler connection to your warehouse (your production connection).
At least one materialized model in your project.

Estimated time: 10 minutes.

Prefer configuration as code? Bolt also supports YAML-based schedules.

Steps

Create a new schedule

Open Bolt from the Paradime home screen, select + New schedule, then + Create new schedule.

Configure the schedule

Fill in the required fields, add any optional ones, then select Save to publish. This guide covers a Standard schedule; see schedule types and triggers for Deferred and Turbo CI.

The schedule appears in your Bolt schedules list. Trigger a manual run from its detail view to confirm it executes and reports the status you expect.
