Set alternative default connection

Admin users can manage data warehouse connections.

Navigate to Account Settings > Connections and click on View to edit the selected connection.

The default development connection is used to run dbt™️ commands by Paradime. The first connection added to the Development Environment during the onboarding or the first connection added to the Production Environment are the default connections.

To change your default connection, click on the view button and open the connection settings menu by click on the more button ... .

Here you can click on the Set as Default option to make the selected connection as default.

Updating the default Development Environment connection will impact all Paradime uses as this new connection will be used to run dbt™️ commands in the Paradime Terminal.
