Add the Paradime MCP server to Cursor with mcp.json

First copy your MCP server URL from Step 1 in the Overview.

Open Cursor’s settings file at ~/.cursor/mcp.json (create it if it doesn’t exist) and add the Paradime entry:

Replace <mcp-endpoint-url> with your MCP server URL. Restart Cursor and open Settings → MCP. When Cursor prompts you to authenticate the Paradime server, complete the sign-in in the browser and approve the connection. Paradime should then be listed with a green dot.

Connected with a legacy token?

New tokens can’t be generated anymore, but if you set Cursor up before browser sign-in existed, your existing legacy token keeps working as a header:
