- Clear about what needs a warehouse. dbt™, Elementary, Lightdash, and MetricFlow commands still need one. When a schedule’s environment has no connection, those command types show Needs a warehouse connection, and the schedules list prompts you to connect a warehouse or ask an admin.
- Overlapping agent runs. When every command is a DinoAI agent command, up to 5 runs of the schedule can be in progress at once, so a cron fire or an API call no longer waits for the previous run to finish. Schedules that mix agent commands with other commands still run one at a time.
Run DinoAI agents in Bolt without a warehouse
Bolt opens and deploys agent-only schedules without a warehouse connection or dbt™ project, and agent schedules can run up to 5 overlapping runs.
October 8, 2026
Bolt no longer requires a data warehouse connection. A workspace set up only for DinoAI agents can open Bolt, and schedules whose commands are all DinoAI agent commands deploy and run without a warehouse connection or a dbt™ project.
